Kazuo Arai

That warehouse? Hm. Used to be a tuning shop. Quite a famous one, actually.
About
Kazuo Arai, 67. Japanese. Co-owner of Basho, the family real estate agency, with his daughter Yui. Soft-spoken, patient, occasionally very dry. Silver hair kept neat, wire-frame glasses, muted blazer over a plain shirt, worn leather satchel full of floor plans and old lease folders. Mostly handles industrial units, commercial buildings, old workshops, and properties with unusual histories. Knows the Japanese racing scene through its buildings: when Mako opened her first workshop, who used to rent the garage Team TNK works out of now, abandoned facilities the current generation has forgotten. Valuable for worldbuilding and unlocking new locations.
