Horizon Club Scene

Roadmap

Where Horizon Club Scene has been, where it's going. Ideas are staff-curated possibilities, not commitments.

  1. Now

    Actively in progress.

    • Public A→B already works where the graph is solid. Keep fixing junctions and publishing better atlas snapshots on the routes people actually cruise. Quality over novelty.

    • Cruise Groups already ship with join codes, routes, waypoints, Cops & Robbers, and League Race. Tighten host/member invite paths and Companion UX so a normal night needs no Ops babysitting. No new game modes this window.

    • Home Now and calendar should make records, Pursuit, leagues, and King of the Mountain scannable for the week ahead. Dashboard caching landed; keep tightening discovery. Glue only. No new scoreboard formats.

  2. Next

    Queued after current work.

    • Upload and shared analysis already work in private alpha. Finish Rally mode and polish, then open Handling Recorder to the wider community (target roughly a couple of weeks out).

  3. Shipped

Built so far, older chapters first.

    • Find and brand clubs, ranks and recruitment, events with RSVP and invites, community calendar, and free Discord webhooks (automation for reminders and recurrence).

    • Tunes, tracks, liveries, vinyls, and estates with search and copy counts. Tune sheets with owner apply for shared setups. Photo albums, articles, likes and comments across the scene. Hosted site videos with posters for hubs, articles, and promotional surfaces without relying on third-party embeds alone.

    • Global and club rails, media chat, moderation, reputation, Discord #general mirror, guild roles, Instagram fire-reaction posts, and signed-in 1:1 Direct Messages (Messenger-style dock with optional email and Discord pings).

    • Community Records, cups, Project Pursuit, Meta Museum, Festival boards, 1v1 brackets (lock-in and Discord match alerts), Horizon leagues with standings and Discord alerts, Race Caster OBS overlays, and King of the Mountain / Streets territory crowns.

    • Interactive FH6 Japan map: layers, POIs, semantic search, clubhouses, and community pins people actually meet at.

    • Route A→B on the published road graph, save routes (private / unlisted / public), share links, and attach routes to events and record tracks.

    • Cruise Companion broadcasts presence; public /map shows live drivers on the seasonal basemap (on by default).

    • Host on /map, share a join code, attach a route, follow in Companion. Waypoint progress, Cops & Robbers heists, and League Race practice modes ship. Step toward larger convoy play.

    • HCS Handling Recorder and Cruise Companion for Windows: FH6 Data Out into telemetry, map traces, live presence, cruise groups, and heist / league-race modes.

    • Multi-race league seasons with standings, custom points, car numbers, and season reputation on the site.

    • After the leagues / KotM / Cops & Robbers / DM wave: home Now dashboard speed, mobile territory UX, club fixes, and discovery glue. Breadth is live; this window is polish so the week is scannable.

    • Host and share race cast / stream sessions tied to events so the lobby can follow the broadcast.

    • Signed-in Now is still a priority board, but you can hide types you do not care about and bring them back from Customize. Needs-you tiles (review, Discord, KotM fights) stay visible. Saved on your account.

  4. Ideas

    Staff-curated possibilities. Not commitments.

    • Community Convoy

      Social

Multi-lobby meta map and convoy-scoped presence for huge group drives. Still a documented concept; Cruise Groups is the nearer step.

    • Public routes catalog

      Map

A dedicated browse page for public saved routes (beyond opening a share link or finding one on the map).

    • Local baseline vs mystery-tune compare exists in Handling Recorder. Web hub matching stays a later idea while we open Recorder and polish cruise nights.
