This is a four stage, all-day rally that takes place in the hills of Tokyo Japan. Bring your S1-Game… and prepare for weather, because the clouds are rolling in!

ONLY RALLY CAR TYPE RECORDS WILL BE ACCEPTED
This includes all three rally categories.
USE THE SAME CAR IN EVERY STAGE
You can change the tune if you want, but you should use the same vehicle in every stage of an HCS cup.
